As Salaamu Aliakum Pre K Students and Parents,
Welcome to the 2011-2012 School year at Al-Iman. I am excited to be working with the youngest students in our community!
I have been employed at Al-Iman School since our family moved from New York 6 years ago. Here at Al-Iman School, I have taught Kindergarten for 2 years and 2nd Grade for 4 years. I have a Master’s Degree from Pace University, Pleasantville, NY, and I am a Registered Nurse in NY and NC. I recently completed the Teacher Licensure Program at North Carolina Central University and I am now also a ‘Highly Qualified’ Licensed Elementary Educator with some additional specialty areas. I am currently taking an Early Childhood Education course at Wake Technical Community College. My family and I are very committed to the school and community.
