Assalamu Alikum Dearest Parents and Students:

It has been a joy teaching each and every one of you this year. I look forward to teaching you again next year, and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome our upcoming sixth graders to middle school. I am travelling inshAllah to Jordan for the summer, to see my family and recharge my batteries. I ask Allah to grant us all a beautiful summer where we all get to nourish our soul, mind, and body.

 To make sure we nourish our minds, I am assigning some summer reading. Two books for each grade level must be completed over the summer, and it will be graded as the first Language Arts project grade for 2010-2011 inshAllah.
