Assalamu Alaikum,
My name is Yesra Alsous and I am the Pre-k 3 Arabic,Quran and Islamic Studies Teacher and the Teacher Assistant .
I have a degree in General Education and I also have Early Childhood Development Credentials. In 2008, I received an award from Wake Tech’s Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society for outstanding academics. In may of 2011, I received two certificates with “superior” rating on both Arabic Oral and Written Proficiency Test from ACTFL(American Council on Teaching Foreign Languages).
This is my third year at Al Iman school where I taught Arabic for elementary and middle school students for the last two years . I taught Pre-School for three years before Al Iman school. I also taught for five years Arabic and Islamic Studies at Ammar Bin Yasser Sunday School.
